As a Food Service Supervisor, you will coordinate activities for a team preparing and portioning food. You’ll establish effective work schedules, train staff on safety and sanitation, and maintain quality standards for food service. Your role will also involve managing stock records and preparing reports for the chef to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:• Supervise and coordinate food preparation and portioning • Train staff on job duties and safety procedures • Address customer complaints effectively • Maintain accurate records of stock and sales • Prepare reports and food order summaries for the chef
Requirements:• Secondary school graduation certificate • Experience in fast-paced food service settings • Ability to work under pressure • Strong supervisory skills with 1-2 staff • Excellent communication abilities
