Be part of the Homewood Suites team in Dover, NH as a Full-Time Hotel Maintenance Engineer, where your skills in facility management are essential. You'll enjoy a favorable Monday to Friday schedule and opportunities for growth.
In this role, you will oversee the hotel's maintenance, including troubleshooting mechanical systems and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You'll perform regular inspections, maintain the pool area, and manage janitorial duties, contributing to the overall guest experience and hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:• Schedule and manage maintenance work assignments • Diagnose and repair equipment and systems • Inspect property for maintenance compliance • Implement preventive maintenance tasks • Adjust pool chemicals and perform cleaning services
Requirements:• Experience with HVAC systems • Must possess a valid driver's license • Pool testing certification may be required • Preference for candidates available on weekends • Knowledge of safety precautions in maintenance
