Position Overview

Restaurant General Manager– Collingwood Responsibilities

Address customer compliments or concerns in a timely manner. Recruit, train, and supervise staff. Manage daily operations of the business. Maintain business food quality and standards. Control inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Provide excellent customer service representing the A&W brand. Set staff work schedules and monitor work performance. Other duties related to day-to-day operation of a fast food restaurant. Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lead a team. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ownership mindset and ability to make guests happy. Determination to create a great day for oneself and others. One year or more of restaurant experience. College or university education preferred.Food handling certificate. Benefits
