Key Responsibilities:• Manage maintenance operations for automated manufacturing systems • Develop and implement technician training plans • Organize technician pairings for skill development • Provide shift coverage and proactive scheduling • Drive continuous improvement through performance metrics

Requirements:• 5+ years of mechanical experience in the packaging industry • Effective leadership and interpersonal skills • Strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting experience • Familiarity with safety regulations and practices • Proficiency in maintenance management systems
