Caradoc Townsend Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative with a commitment to service excellence in a hybrid work environment. Leverage your insurance expertise while supporting Agents and enhancing customer relations.
In this pivotal role, you will be part of a collaborative CSR Team dedicated to delivering professional service. Your responsibilities will include managing enquiries, completing renewal reviews, and generating necessary documentation for a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:• Handle customer inquiries concerning policy changes • Complete policies for renewal reviews and ITVs • Manage and process Commercial renewal packages • Collaborate with agents for improved service delivery • Generate different proofs of insurance as necessary
Requirements:• Minimum of 1 year experience in insurance • OTL or RIBO licensed in Ontario • College diploma in a related business field • Excellent communication and time management skills • Ability to work independently and within a team
