Besser Field Sales Support Specialist, Upper Columbia Region (Golden)

In this position, you will support customers by preparing service proposals and providing technical training during equipment installation. Your expertise in lean concepts will help improve processes and exceed sales goals. This role demands effective communication with customers at various levels and travel for about three weeks per month to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:• Promote parts and mold sales to potential customers • Prepare proposals using the business system • Provide technical assistance during equipment installations • Complete service and technical installation reports • Train customers on equipment operation and upgrades

Requirements:• Associate’s degree in business or related field • Related field experience with electrical and mechanical knowledge • Knowledge of Concrete Products Industry preferred • Ability to travel worldwide for three weeks per month • Capable of lifting 100 pounds
