Managing Supervisor position, overseeing the daily operations of the Lodge. Oversight of the daily operations of the Lodge Managing check-ins and check-outs at the Lodge and being on call for customer service Coordinate, assign, and review the work of the Lodge’s employees Establish work schedules and daily procedures Resolve work-related problems and ensure guest satisfactionPrepare and submit progress and other reports Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and policies Order supplies and materials Ensure proper operation of reservation systems and equipment Arrange for maintenance and major repair work Perform the same duties as workers supervisedEmployment Conditions

Permanent full-time; 40 hours per week Language of work: English Start date: as soon as possible Employment conditions: morning, day, evening, weekend– hours vary by operational needs and occupancy schedule; weekend and evening availability required Ability to supervise: 1-2 people Benefits
