Support our coffee production team in Invermere, BC by becoming an on-call Production Assistant. Engage in roasting and packaging while maintaining quality and excellence.

This role involves providing essential relief support for our production crew focused on roasting and packaging top-quality beans. We are looking for energetic individuals who can keep up in a fast-paced environment while adhering to high safety standards. Opportunities for learning and growth within coffee production are integral to this position.

Key Responsibilities:• Inspect and pack beans according to quality standards • Prep and load roasting equipment for production runs • Transport roasted coffee to packaging • Enter roasting data into our ERP system • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and assist with projects

Requirements:• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs with assistance • Basic computer proficiency, especially in data entry • Understanding of workplace safety regulations • Willingness to obtain forklift certification • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
