Key Responsibilities:• Deliver product knowledge directly to customers • Respond to customer queries professionally • Prepare quick quotations for urgent projects • Verify order accuracy and availability • Maintain stock levels at the counter
Requirements:• Prior experience in technical sales or customer service • Understanding of HVAC and Plumbing markets preferred • Competency in Microsoft Office required • Strong professional communication skills • Knowledge of AS400 is advantageous
