Key Responsibilities:• Provide ministry-funded occupational therapy in clients' homes and online • Conduct comprehensive assessments including mobility and equipment needs • Develop and implement personalized intervention plans • Educate clients and their support systems effectively • Maintain up-to-date documentation such as assessment findings and care plans

Requirements:• Good standing registration with COTO • Ability to work independently in a community setting • Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills • Valid G or G2 driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Proficient in MS Office and clinical software
