Electrical Field Planner, Harrison Lake Region (Agassiz)

This is a senior-level planning role perfect for someone who brings deep electrical field experience but enjoys thinking beyondthe day-to-day of site operations. In This Role, You Will

Review awarded projects and develop detailed pre-construction electrical plans, identifying routing requirements, constructability concerns, scope gaps, and design conflicts before mobilization Create clear work plans and handover documentation for site leads that gives them the information they need to hit the ground runningCollaborate closely with project management, engineering, and BIM teams using tools such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit to produce accurate, practical plans that reflect real field conditions Apply this planning process consistently across all awarded projects, ensuring nothing moves to site without a completed field plan in placeWhat We’re Looking For

A licensed Journeyperson Electrician with extensive commercial electrical experience and a strong background leading crews as a Foreman or Superintendent Strong technical knowledge with the ability to read, interpret, and critically evaluate construction drawings and specifications High proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, along with experience using digital drafting and construction technology tools such as AutoCAD or RevitA highly organized, self-directed communicator who can manage multiple projects while producing thorough, field-ready documentation Why Join Wildstone

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in how projects are planned and delivered across our electrical division. You’ll work alongside experienced electrical, construction, BIM, and operations teams while helping shape processes that improve project execution across the Electrical Division. This is a full-time opportunity based in Agassiz, BC. Candidates located near our Penticton or Kelowna offices will also be considered.
