Sasquatch Mountain Resort is recruiting skilled Grooming Operators for the 2026/27 winter season. This full-time position requires proficiency in operating various grooming machines, particularly Prinoth and PistenBully, and entails working overnight to ensure high-quality terrain. Collaborate with a passionate team, enjoy breathtaking views, and support our community-driven mission.

Key Responsibilities:• Operate grooming equipment safely and efficiently • Maintain consistent grooming quality across all terrain • Conduct pre- and post-shift inspections • Clear snow and hazards from key areas • Provide cross-departmental support as needed

Requirements:• Previous grooming experience (Level 1-5) • Familiarity with Prinoth and/or PistenBully machines • Strong decision-making and multitasking skills • Physically fit, able to lift 50 lbs • Excellent communication and team orientation
