Contract Administrative Support– Wealth Management Office Location: Charlottetown, PEI
Compensation: $20/hour, paid weekly
We are seeking a reliable Contract Administrative Support professional to join our wealth management office on an as‑needed basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible, short‑term contract work and is not seeking full‑time permanent employment.
This position is perfect for someone who values flexibility and wants occasional contract work in a professional office setting.

Answer phone calls, and take messages when necessary.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.

Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience is an asset.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
Customer‑focused attitude.
Strong communication skills.
