Restaurant Floor Manager, Poplar Grove

From pre-service to the last guest leaving, you will lead and support your team! Managing the team from beginning of service to closing. Ensuring that standards of service are met. Creating and maintaining an environment where the team is performing to their potential. Energize staff in an environment of trust, approachability, optimism, and integrity. Ability to manage issues in a positive, solution-oriented manner.Additional information:

4- to 5-day work week 5- to 8-hour shifts Opportunities within the larger company Requirements:

Minimum two years high-end serving experience. Management experience is an asset. WSET II or equivalent knowledge Serving It Right Compensation:
