As Front Desk Agent, You Will

Greet arriving guests, check in and assign rooms

Take,cancel and change room reservations

Process telephone calls

Process wake-up calls

Provide information on hotel facilities and guest services

Provide general information about points of interest in the area

Arrange services required for guests with special needs

Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments

Provide exceptional guest service

Clerical duties as required

Work along side of the hotel team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

Who You Are

Positive and outgoing personality

Love for building strong relationships with team members, our guests and thecommunity

Excellent oral communication

Effective interpersonal skills

What You Bring

Front desk experience is considered an asset

Ability to work a variety of shifts as required

Food Handling Certification and Responsible Beverage Certification Required
