Position Overview Press Line Operator (NOC 94112)– full‑time production team member for Polycorp Ltd., a leader in engineered polymer products.

Key Responsibilities

Operate compression presses, hot boxes, crane, walkie, and hand tools to produce quality rubber products.

Work safely, meet quality standards, and achieve production targets.

Follow press line schedule, load and unload rubber using forklifts, and conduct pre‑use audits and quality inspections.

Inspect finished parts for quality and visual appearance, trim and label parts, and perform first‑off inspections.

Maintain accurate production data, housekeeping, and documentation.

Report health and safety issues, wear required PPE, and complete NCRs.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and Polycorp's QMS.

Perform any other duties as required.

Required Skills&Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Mechanically inclined with experience in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to work well in teams and communicate effectively with co‑workers.

Understanding of product and service quality principles.

Shift&Travel Requirements Must have own transportation and be able to work rotating shifts every two weeks.
