As a Detailer, you will ensure each vehicle meets our high standards. You’ll perform extensive cleaning and detailing, manage shop cleanliness, and help achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for the facility. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and shop efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:• Pre-wash vehicles before production • Clean and detail vehicle exteriors and interiors • Maintain organized parking lot and manage vehicle documentation • Power wash shop floors as needed • Implement the WOW plan for quality improvement

Requirements:• High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license required • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • High attention to detail with accuracy • Ability to lift over 50 lbs
