At Innergex Renewable Energy Inc., the Hydro Station Manager will be responsible for the operation of run-of-river hydroelectric plants at Rutherford Creek. You will lead efforts in maintenance execution, optimize production, and mentor team members, all while adhering to safety standards and protocols. A proactive and hands-on approach is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:• Ensure effective operation and monitoring of power plants • Execute maintenance plans and address alarms promptly • Guide plant operations during shipping and receiving • Collaborate with contractors for specialized work • Conduct training and assist with emergency protocols

Requirements:• Relevant training as a Journeyman Millwright preferred • BC driver’s license required • Commitment to ongoing education in the field • Experience with hydroelectric plant operations an advantage • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite
