Description
Lead children’s services at Pacific Coast Children’s Resources as a Program Manager enhancing lives throughout Vancouver Island and beyond. Emphasize trauma-informed care and positive family engagement.
This role focuses on managing programs for children and youth with diverse abilities. You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, apply sound judgment, and create collaborative community-based activities. Your extensive skills in leadership and communication will support your team's and the community’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:• Conceptualize and implement new community programs • Supervise multi-disciplinary teams in delivering services • Liaise with MCFD and oversee project coordination • Plan and organize staff evaluations and orientations • Maintain family-centered and culturally positive service delivery
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required • Minimum 3 years experience in health management • Experience with substance use and addiction support • Knowledge of Child Care Licensing Regulations preferred • Standard First Aid and CPR certification required
