Personal Insurance Advisor– Renewal Team HUB is a leading North American insurance brokerage that advises businesses and individuals on how to reach their goals.

As a Personal Insurance Advisor for our Renewal Team, you will help protect individuals' most valuable assets by providing outstanding client service and educating clients in habitational, travel, and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage with clients prior to their policy renewals to review existing coverage, identify potential gaps, and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet their evolving needs.

Build and nurture relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and ensuring their policies are up-to-date and accurately reflect their circumstances.

Generate and identify cross-sell opportunities by reviewing clients’ portfolios and recommending additional products or services that add value and enhance coverage.

Achieve retention goals and client satisfaction targets through diligent follow-up and personalized attention to renewal details.

Stay informed and knowledgeable about Personal Lines products, ensuring the ability to provide expert advice and solutions.

Enjoy flexibility with a hybrid role that allows for a combination of in-branch and remote work.

Qualifications

Minimum 1-year Personal Insurance experience

Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset, but not required

Desire and proactive ability to deliver exceptional client service

Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced team environment

Keen eye for detail and high sense of urgency

Strong communication skills in both written and verbal

Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives

Industry designation would be considered an asset (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance&Risk Management Diploma)

Salary Expectations The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
