No insurance experience? No problem! We provide full training and support to help you earn your Level1 General Insurance License within your first 30days. As a Personal Insurance Trainee, you’ll help protect individuals’ most valuable assets by delivering outstanding client service and educating clients on habitational, travel and automobile insurance.A Day in the Life

Engage with clients to understand and advise on their insurance needs. Follow up regularly on sales leads and referral prospects. Process and conduct renewals, ensuring policies are issued accurately and on time. Achieve sales and retention goals and targets. Maintain a high level of knowledge in all Personal Lines and Auto products through continuous education.What You Will Bring to the Team

Level1 or Level2 General Insurance License is considered an asset, but not required. Desire and proactive ability to deliver exceptional client service. Demonstrated ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced team environment. Keen eye for detail and high sense of urgency. Strong written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives. Industry designation such as CIP, CAIB, CRM, or General Insurance&Risk Management Diploma is an asset. Salary Expectations

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000, influenced by skills, experience, working location, and the business line’s scope and level. Benefits
