Position Description&Scope The Business Applications&Analysis Lead is an emerging leader role within the IT team, focused on understanding business needs and helping translate them into practical technology solutions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and support core systems such as ERP (SAP S/4HANA), reporting tools, and integrated applications. In addition to hands‑on business analysis work, this role will begin to take on team coordination and mentorship responsibilities, with the opportunity to grow into a broader leadership position over time. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who enjoys working with people, is comfortable navigating both business and technology discussions, and is motivated to develop their leadership skills.

Position Duties&Responsibilities

Support delivery of changes and enhancements across systems such as SAP S/4HANA and reporting platforms.

Set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Oversee all application systems, ensuring stability, performance, and alignment with business needs.

Help ensure solutions meet business needs and are practical and user‑friendly.

Provide support during testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Build strong working relationships with business teams.

Participate in workshops and discussions to clarify requirements and align on priorities.

Act as a point of contact between business users and IT/implementation partners.

Support clear and consistent communication across teams.

Ensure data integrity and seamless workflows across platforms.

Work with tools such as Qlik (or similar) to support reporting and dashboards.

Help ensure systems and workflows support business processes effectively.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications Practical skill, knowledge and prior accomplishments in the following functional areas are desired:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, applications support, or similar role.

ERP experience; SAP S/4HANA (Nice‑to‑have).

Hands‑on experience with Qlik or other BI tools. (Nice‑to‑have)

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
