Your expertise will also help in managing care conferences and addressing any significant changes in resident conditions.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide direct nursing care and medication administration • Complete resident clinical assessments and care plans • Assist with resident care conference scheduling • Respond to medical emergencies and teach unregulated care providers • Uphold quality and safety standards across nursing services

Requirements:• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse • Experience in a senior's environment is preferred • Strong communication and critical thinking skills • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required • Current Vulnerable Sector Screening within 6 months
