Key Responsibilities:• Conduct detailed reviews of project specifications • Prepare subcontractor bid packages and detailed scopes • Coordinate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors • Assist project management with change orders • Manage and maintain estimating software and tracking systems

Requirements:• 5+ years of construction and electrical estimating experience • 309A Electrician Red Seal certification or equivalent • Proficient in reading engineering drawings • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of safety regulations and construction techniques
