Test Technicians

to join a global leader in aerospace and space technology. In this role, you will support Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) operations by performing testing, basic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance while identifying and reporting issues. You’ll also contribute to process improvements to help drive efficiency and productivity.This is a

5-day onsite role in Cambridge, ON , reporting to the ISC Production Supervisor, with

day, afternoon, and weekend shift options

available. Key Responsibilities

Assemble products according to work instructions and quality standards Inspect finished goods to ensure they meet specifications Operate testing equipment and manufacturing machinery Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues as needed Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environmentRequired Skills&Experience

Diploma in a relevant field (Engineering, Electronics, Technology, etc.) 1–2 years of experience in an electronic testing or technician role Ability to lift up to 35 lbs Eligible to obtain CGP and CSP clearances Nice to Have

Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies Ability to read and follow SOPs, maps, and technical drawings Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience with technical tools and test equipment
