In this onsite role, you will support the development and implementation of Human Performance initiatives, promoting a proactive approach to safety. Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will guide employees to improve performance-based behaviors while addressing at-risk actions. Your expertise will foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:• Champion a safety-conscious work environment for all team members • Implement Human Performance and safety culture initiatives effectively • Analyze performance gaps and partner with operational teams • Deliver training on safety best practices and performance principles• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through data assessment

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in safety culture • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels • Highly self-motivated with strong analytical skills • Capacity for physical requirements of the role
