Kromet, a leader in aluminum products, seeks a Business Development Sales Representative to enhance revenue through strategic client relationships. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong inside/outside sales experience, who can prospect and manage a diverse portfolio of clients. The position emphasizes collaboration within the Sales&Engineering Team and demands a comprehensive understanding of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:• Build and manage a high-value client portfolio • Identify and develop sales opportunities across regions • Maintain client relationships to foster revenue growth • Develop targeted sales plans and present tailored solutions • Monitor and analyze sales performance against plan
Requirements:• Minimum 2 years inside/outside sales experience • Proficient in CRM software and technical drawing interpretation • Valid G driver’s license and passport for travel • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Knowledge of aluminum extrusion manufacturing is an asset
