In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role within the engineering team. As a Hardware Designer, you will prepare detailed electrical schematics, bills of materials, and panel layouts. Mentorship of junior engineers is part of the job, alongside developing EPLAN and AutoCAD standards and tools to enhance overall efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:• Create detailed schematics and bill of materials • Develop single line power and network drawings • Design industrial control panels meeting UL and CSA standards • Oversee site investigations and panel build support • Ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and schedule

Requirements:• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field • 5-7 years of electrical design experience • Proficiency in EPLAN P8 and AutoCAD • Experience with automation or drive systems • Excellent communication and time management skills
