As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to showcase the value of Arctic Wolf solutions. Your role demands a deep understanding of existing customer environments, enabling you to propose tailored solutions that align with their specific security needs. By leveraging your expertise in IT systems and security technologies, you will help highlight the competitive advantages of our offerings to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:• Present and demo Arctic Wolf solutions to existing customers • Participate in discovery conversations to assess customer needs • Document and understand customer environments and security tools • Showcase key differentiators in the competitive landscape
Requirements:• 3+ years in a customer-facing or sales engineering role • At least 5 years in IT systems or security • In-depth knowledge of networking and security tools • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Experience with SFDC and sales processes
