Overview The Customer Service Representative (CSR) engages customers, maintaining a friendly, authentic, and professional approach to deliver a consistent Five-Star Customer Service Experience. The CSR reports to the Store Manager and supports the store’s operational success, including welcome desk duties, cash wrap, inventory management, and daily routines.
Responsibilities
Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm over phone, virtual chats, and in person, communicating clearly and concisely and resolving conflict.
Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver a Five-Star experience.
Maintain service vows: Being Prepared, Welcoming, Meeting Needs, and Supporting customers emotionally and practically.
Provide exceptional service to multiple customers simultaneously and contribute to the store’s Five-Star goal.
Proactively address concerns, escalating when needed and partnering with leadership.
Communicate alterations and promote alteration services and personalization options.
Promote all alteration services and personalization options.
Maintain store standards for a flawless shopping experience.
Maintain dress code compliance.
Respond promptly to all customer questions with product and service information.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships to exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Engage in inventory management procedures: processing orders, receiving, and ensuring quality.
Support cash wrap operations and accurately process transactions.
Assist with sales promotions and visual updates.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
Occasionally stand, walk, sit for extended periods; reach, climb stairs; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; lift up to 25 pounds.
See at close and distance, use peripheral vision; read and use computer and devices for long periods.
Education&Credentials
High school diploma or equivalent, or 1–2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty store.
