Join HGS in enhancing customer experiences during World Cup 2026! We are seeking enthusiastic English-speaking Customer Service Advisors for both full-time and part-time roles.
As a Customer Service Advisor, your positive attitude will make an impact on clients' experiences. You will engage with customers via calls and chat, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions. In this role, you will work collaboratively to foster relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:• Communicate with customers via calls and chat • Identify needs through active listening and support • Own issues and resolutions for customer problems • Research products and solutions using computer systems • Document customer interactions and outcomes
Requirements:• Minimum age of 18 years • Reside in Waterloo, Ontario, and work on-site • Flexible availability between 6 AM and 10 PM EST • Strong English communication skills, both written and oral • Comfortable using multiple monitors
