Job Description We are seeking a goal-oriented, motivated, and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing Outside Sales team. This role provides our customers with solutions to their work apparel needs by offering weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement and company branding. At Cintas, you will support our customers as they prepare for the workday, applying learnings from the Cintas Sales Training Program, including cold calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling, and closing.

Responsibilities

Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.

Utilize the CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Required:

High School diploma or GED.

Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license.

Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet, and contact management system (CMS).

Preferred:

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Prior sales experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar role.

Prior new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience.

Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $70,000 - $120,000/Year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors considered in making compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, training, performance, and other business and organization needs.
