Raffi Jewellers operates in 2 locations at our Flagship Boutique in Cambridge and in Conestoga Mall in Waterloo.
Your Impact As a Luxury Jewelry and Timepiece Sales Consultant, you will serve as the ambassador of our brand, embodying its values of excellence, sophistication, and refinement. Your role is pivotal in delivering a world‑class, personalized experience to our discerning clientele, who seek the finest in luxury products. You will be entrusted with cultivating long‑lasting, meaningful relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, offering bespoke services that cater to their unique tastes and desires.
Your expertise will be essential in guiding clients through an exclusive shopping journey, where you will curate selections that reflect their individual preferences, ensuring each interaction is an embodiment of the brand’s unparalleled prestige. In this capacity, you will not only drive sales but also ensure that every customer feels valued and understood, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, providing personalized attention and a bespoke shopping experience.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets by recommending and selling luxury products, demonstrating deep knowledge of the brand’s offerings.
Stay up to date on the latest collections, trends, and exclusive items within the luxury market to ensure you can offer expert advice to clients.
Deliver exceptional, tailored customer service in‑store or online. Ensure that all client interactions reflect the brand's luxury standards.
Assist in ensuring the store is visually appealing and in line with the brand’s image. Maintain displays and ensure products are well‑presented and maintained.
Assist with organizing and attending VIP events, private showings, and other luxury brand experiences to engage and retain high‑value customers.
Assist clients in customizing their products, placing special orders, and ensuring that their unique needs and desires are met.
Collect and relay customer feedback, competitive insights, and market trends to management to improve product offerings and service.
Work with the broader team to achieve store targets and ensure that the store meets high operational standards, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
Other duties as assigned.
Must‑Haves
Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in luxury retail, sales, or customer service roles – preferably with jewelry or watches.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and anticipate client needs, providing personalized recommendations.
Professional demeanor with a polished and upscale appearance.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling client information.
Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience with Timepieces.
Jewelry experience or Jewelry certification.
Strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
