UI/UX Designer, Cambridge

We're looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to design intuitive and engaging user experiences for our web and mobile applications. Responsibilities

Create user-centered designs through user research and analysis Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups Design intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibilityCreate and maintain design systems and component libraries Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients Requirements

2+ years of UI/UX design experience Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes Understanding of user-centered design principles Experience with user research and usability testing Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approachExcellent visual design skills and attention to detail Nice to Have

Experience with design systems and component libraries Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic frontend development Experience with motion design and micro-interactions Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) Experience with prototyping tools (ProtoPie, Principle)
