As a Genesys Cloud CX Architect, you'll be pivotal in designing and delivering advanced cloud contact center architectures. This role centers on ensuring the technical vision aligns with business objectives and enterprise technology strategies.
We are in search of a seasoned architect with over 7 years of experience in contact center technologies, particularly in Genesys Cloud CX. Your responsibilities will include defining technical roadmaps and integrating high-performing solutions with business processes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver next-generation customer experience solutions.
Key Responsibilities:• Direct the architecture and design for Genesys Cloud CX • Turn business needs into scalable, high-performance designs • Outline the technical roadmap for contact center systems • Work with teams to facilitate seamless integration • Provide leadership on design, development, and deployment
Requirements:• 7+ years in contact center technology, specializing in Genesys • Experience in developing cloud-based contact center solutions • Profound knowledge of omnichannel capabilities • Expertise in API integrations with microservices • Strong foundation in SIP infrastructure and call routing
