RVS is hiring four Elementary Generalist teachers for Prairie Waters Elementary School in Chestermere. This role empowers educators to provide quality teaching and foster belonging among students. Applicants must possess an Alberta Teaching Certificate or be eligible for one. New educators can submit their final practicum report in place of a reference letter.

Key Responsibilities:• Create engaging lesson plans for K-6 students • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment • Assess and report on student progress • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational experiences • Participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements:• Eligible for or possess an Alberta Teaching Certificate • Recent graduates may submit a practicum report • Professional reference letter from a recent supervisor • Current Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check • Commitment to RVS values of Leadership, People, Community, and Innovation
