Senior Procurement Specialist at URUS, Calgary Northeast

In this position, you'll play an essential role in developing a center-led Procurement function, supporting supplier partnerships, contract governance, and scalable procurement strategies. You will excel in sourcing events, analyze proposals, and coordinate implementation activities to maximize savings and realize value. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will drive successful procurement outcomes while promoting best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead competitive sourcing events from RFI to award • Triage procurement requests and clarify requirements • Analyze supplier proposals for negotiation opportunities • Coordinate post-award implementation and savings tracking • Build and manage supplier relationships effectively

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business • 5–8+ years of procurement/sourcing experience • Strong analytical and communication skills • Proficiency in supply chain and data tools • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
