Key Responsibilities:• Deliver professional nursing care to residents • Supervise and guide nursing staff in daily operations • Coordinate care with health professionals and external partners • Record all relevant changes in residents' conditions • Administer medications following established procedures

Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is essential • Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations • Current registration with the provincial nursing body • Experience in geriatric nursing preferred • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
