As a Studio Manager / Art Instructor, you will lead art classes while overseeing the day‑to‑day organization and flow of the studio. You will supervise a small part‑time weekend team and ensure the studio operates smoothly, consistently, and to 4Cats standards. This role balances teaching, organization, and leadership. We provide extensive training in both teaching and studio management. What matters most is your ability to stay organized, lead with kindness, and follow established systems.You will: Teach art classes and workshops Create a welcoming, calm, and positive environment for guests Maintain studio organization, cleanliness, and presentation Support and supervise part‑time weekend staff Follow and uphold 4Cats systems and standards What We Offer
