Enhance quality of life for residents in long-term care with the Behavioural Supports Ontario Mobile Team. This clinical role involves direct support, assessments, and strategy implementation on-site across multiple locations.
As a Clinical Behavioural Support within the mobile team, you will leverage your expertise to provide person-centered care and support to residents experiencing responsive behaviors. This contract full-time position emphasizes collaboration with healthcare providers and effective interventions tailored to individual needs. You will advocate for residents and families while ensuring best practices are applied daily.
Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with health care providers and manage responsive behaviors • Conduct assessments and schedule caseloads for timely interventions • Coach and mentor LTCH staff on care strategies • Facilitate care planning involving residents and families • Support transitions across health care sectors
Requirements:• Minimum 3 years in Long Term Care • College diploma or degree in health sciences • Registration with a professional college • Valid G licence and access to vehicle • CPR certification for health-care professionals
