Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Technician for a part time basis and for summer months for Oakville. The Behaviour Technician will work closely with children and their families, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and behavior intervention plans. Responsibilities include conducting one‑on‑one therapy sessions, collecting and analyzing data, assisting in goal setting, and maintaining detailed session records. Collaboration with supervisors and other therapists to ensure effective program development and implementation is also essential.

Qualifications

Experience or training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and familiarity with behavior intervention strategies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and team members

Ability to observe, collect, and analyze behavioral data accurately

Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trust and rapport with children

Organizational skills to maintain detailed session notes and track progress

Post‑secondary education in Psychology, Education, Behaviour science or a related field is an asset

Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs is preferred

Comfort and ability to work in‑person in Oakville, ON

First Aid/CPR certification is an added advantage
