Description
As a HR Reporting Specialist you are responsible for aggregating sensitive HR data, generating insightful reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support HR initiatives. Information provided is used widely through the organization allowing business leaders to effectively make decisions that support reaching business goals.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented to ensure a high level of accuracy in reporting, with strong analytical skills and is familiar with HR Information Systems (preferable Oracle HCM).
Key Responsibilities
Function as a primary analytics and reporting specialist for the HR function by developing and modifying standard reports; designing, running and maintaining ad hoc queries.
Develop the expertise to be able to access data, report from all platforms, and then consolidate data into meaningful presentations.
Ensures data accuracy and consistency in Oracle HCM and related HR reports.
Provide solutions, analytic observations, and reports on HR metrics to assist HR in assessing the effectiveness of people management practices including the monthly reports/scorecards on people metrics, recruiting, performance management, retention, turnover and talent management.
Critical support to the monthly forecasting process and annual budgeting process working with the HR Business Partners
Update of monthly forecast reports for wage projections work, providing insight into changes.
Support the load of data for annual budgeting process for all wage related items.
Lead for reporting and analytics related external reporting requirements including but not limited to:
California Pay Equity, US EEO and VETS reporting.
Annual ESG reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
University degree in Human Resource, Finance, or Business preferred.
Minimum of 5 years reporting experience, ideally in Human Resources.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and other reporting tools.
Prior experience in shared services or a role that supports data maintenance in an HRIS system is an asset, preferably Oracle HCM.
Ability to create complex data and analytics models that can be used to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes.
Ability to work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Experience comfortable with both oral and written communications.
Exceptionally detailed oriented.
Experience working to deadlines and successfully managing multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality around HR related initiatives.

Pay Range: $70,000 - $82,500
