Financial Planning&Analysis Manager (Burnaby)

What You’ll Do

Lead the organization’s forecasting framework, including models, assumptions, and processes. Develop short- and long-term financial models and scenario analyses. Establish forecasting cadence and lead the annual budgeting process. Deliver clear, forward-looking insights to support business growth.Leadership&Business Partnership

Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team. Provide insights on cost management, inventory, and profitability. Translate complex data into transparent, actionable recommendations. Reporting&Performance Insights

Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track KPIs. Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting with variance analysis. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making. Process Improvement&Systems

Enhance FP&A processes using ERP and BI tools. Standardize reporting and improve data accuracy and efficiency. Partner cross-functionally to implement system and process improvements. Risk&Compliance

Maintain strong financial controls and support audit requirements. You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in manufacturing, food&beverage, or consumer goods. CPA designation or Master’s degree is considered an asset. A deep understanding of cost accounting, standard costing, and supply chain finance. Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics AX). A strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex information.Excellent communication and collaboration skills. We Offer
