Senior Sales Operations Associate

Join our growing team to execute and optimize Sales Operations programs, processes, and systems. The role manages both new and ongoing business requirements across core Sales Operations functions, including territory planning, target setting, data and system infrastructure, reporting and analytics, and sales incentive administration, while identifying and implementing best practices to support future growth.Responsibilities

Ensure existing sales operations processes are executed while maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy and consistency. Implement enhancements to data, processes and tools in response to evolving business needs, with clear documentation to support governance and compliance. Identify and recommend opportunities to standardize processes and tools to improve scalability and enhance sales process efficiencies.Perform data analysis and deliver actionable insights to support business decision making, including maintaining existing reports and developing new dashboards. Support key sales operations functions such as territory planning, target setting, and sales incentive administration, while contributing to ongoing process improvements.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 2‑5 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field. Solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and techniques. Experience using and developing reports, metrics and dashboards with tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Snowflake, SAP, or similar platforms; Pythonis considered an asset.Business acumen; experience or knowledge of the biotech industry considered an asset.
