Deliver exemplary service as a Customer Service Representative, providing support in responding to calls and emails, explaining the Homeowner Protection Act, and maintaining departmental procedures.
In this role, you will report to the Manager of Administration, ensuring the Licensing&Consumer Services team operates smoothly. Your experience in an office or computerized environment will aid in handling inquiries, performing data entry, and providing back-office support. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a good understanding of licensing regulations.
Key Responsibilities:• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email • Explain the Homeowner Protection Act and regulations • Perform administrative and clerical functions for Licensing&Consumer Services• Maintain confidentiality and follow protocols diligently • Collaborate within the team to meet departmental goals
Requirements:• High school graduation and relevant post-secondary education • Experience in a computerized office setting • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Knowledge of relevant legislation and licensing processes
