This entry-level role prepares you to tackle major engineering challenges related to HV/EHV projects and fosters collaboration with other technical disciplines to deliver exceptional results to clients.
Key Responsibilities:• Conduct electrical engineering studies and analysis • Create designs for substation layouts, grounding, and equipment • Draft specifications for construction and equipment procurement • Evaluate existing installations and prepare for detailed designs • Support project execution through communication and coordination
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering • Eligible for Engineer-in-Training registration in BC • 0–6 years of experience, utility sector experience a plus • Knowledge of PSSE, PSCAD, and design standards • Strong self-motivation and organizational skills
