Key Responsibilities:• Design and implement new FPGA features and platforms • Lead technical aspects of FPGA design projects • Mentor and guide junior engineers for team success • Proactively participate in project reviews and status updates • Drive continuous improvements in processes and code
Requirements:• B.Sc or M.Sc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering • 8+ years of FPGA industry experience • Strong VHDL programming and SystemVerilog skills • Knowledge of Ethernet, SerDes, and networking protocols • Excellent communication and organizational skills
