We are looking for an energetic and detail‑oriented

Talent Acquisition Administrator

to join our growing team for a four‑month contract. This role is critical in supporting a high volume of hiring and onboarding during a peak recruitment period. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Post job openings across job boards, career page, and LinkedIn in a timely and consistent manner.

Support the hiring process by phone screening candidates for entry‑level and early‑career roles, helping identify strong potential and cultural fit.

Perform reference checks and document key insights clearly and professionally to support informed hiring decisions.

Conduct online research, including Google and social media screening, in alignment with company policies and guidelines. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (PageUp).

Provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Support the coordination of onboarding activities.

Assist with organizing and coordinating training sessions and New Professional Program activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from candidate to new hire.

Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and recruitment best practices.

About You

6+ months of experience in a recruitment, HR, or coordination role.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Experience with Microsoft Office and PageUp a strong asset.

Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.

Willingness to work between Vancouver and Burnaby locations as needed.

Hourly rate:

$26– 28 per hour
