Our Clients are seeking an organized and detailed‑oriented Electrical Project/Service Coordinator, full‑time on‑site role located in Vancouver, BC. The role involves managing service coordination and operations, liaising with clients, and overseeing project timelines to ensure smooth execution. Responsibilities also include effective communication with team members, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring operational efficiency in project delivery. The coordinator will act as a central point of contact for all project‑related tasks and service issues.Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day‑to‑day activities for electrical projects and service work Support Project Managers and Service Managers with scheduling, planning, invoicing and execution Prepare and track work orders, purchase orders, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractorsto meet project timelinesMaintain accurate project documentation, reports, and cost tracking Liaise with clients, suppliers, inspectors, and internal field teams Assist with job closeout documentation, invoicing, and deficiency tracking Ensure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and project requirementsQualification&Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in electrical projects or service coordination Background with an electrical contractor is required (mechanical experience is an asset) Strong understanding of electrical construction processes and terminology Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsProficiency with MS Office; experience with Procore, Quickbooks or mobile field service management software is an asset Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities and projects What we offer
