Key Responsibilities:• Manage high volume inbound customer calls with professionalism • Process sales orders and provide product information • Resolve customer inquiries and order issues • Ensure accurate order entry and preparation of reports • Participate in special projects and additional duties
Requirements:• High School Diploma or GED required • Minimum of 3 years call center or customer service experience • Knowledge in the textile industry preferred • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Word and Excel
